Week 1: Consultation
          Static assessments
          Nutrition & lifestyle analysis
          Initial exercise assessment
 
Week 2:  Introduction to the FCF fat loss exercise plan
          Nutrition review and action plan
          Continued exercise sessions & postural work
 
Week 3:  Body comp review
          Continued exercise sessions & postural work
 
Week 4:  Increased exercise intensity
 
Week 5  Introduction to Phase I - metabolic resistance training
          Body comp review and action plans
 
After Week 5
         We continually monitor exercise intensity and set new challenges as you improve
         We will monitor body comp changes every 2-4 weeks to get a progress update.
   
Wks 8-12: Phase II - Metabolic resistance training
 

What Can You Expect?

 

All of the clients we work with who follow our body transformation plans see excellent results. You will typically see at least a 1% reduction in body fat percentage every week. Most of our clients put on lean tissue, drop jeans sizes, get stronger and have more energy in the process.
