Expert personal training is about tailored, structured and progressive training that helps you achieve your goals and maximises the use of your time. It's also an enjoyable way to exercise that keeps you interested and motivated.

What is Training with Full Circle Fitness Like?
We'll start by listening to you and understanding what you want to achieve. We'll turn your aspirations into goals which will shape the programs we develop together.
In your first sessions with us we'll teach you how to perform some of the fundamental exercises and movement patterns you'll be using as you exercise. That will help to identify any weaknesses and restrictions, and we'll give you exercises to make these areas stronger.
We'll then design a program that will help you to achieve the goals agreed and correct the weaknesses we spotted when we taught you the first set of exercises. We continuously assess your progress and set further goals because it enables us to design subsequent programs that push you beyond your current fitness level and on to more advanced training.
