At the end of 2011 Simon and Rob spent an invaluable week learning from strength and conditioning expert Phil Richards. Phil's credentials, having worked with some of the best teams in rugby, football and cricket, and athletes from the worlds of swimming, triathlon, boxing and golf, are second to none. Both Simon and Rob found the week to be one of the most valuable opportunities in their professional development - and they are already applying techniques they learned to clients at Full Circle Fitness.

The team at Full Circle Fitness recently visited specialist personal training company W10 Performance in West London. The visit was a great opportunity to share knowledge, ideas and experiences with a leading company that excels in getting real results for all its clients. We'll continue to develop the relationship in 2012.

World Junior Powerlifting Champion James Copping recently visited Full Circle Fitness to further improve the team's knowledge on good lifting technique, and how to spot and address weaknesses. It was a great opportunity to learn from a master - but which also has real benefits for all our clients, at whatever level they train.

And for a bit of fun to improve your grip ... 15kg plate spinning!

We've trained Jeremy Irvine, who plays Albert in Steven Spielberg's War Horse, for his next role. Want to train the same way? Contact us.
