How do we do this?
Simple. We get you stronger than your opposition!
The stronger you are, the better you will perform. This carries over into every sport you can imagine so if you are a triathlete, endurance is paramount but add strength to the mix and PBs will follow (especially on hilly courses!). If you play rugby or football, you will be faster, more powerful and win the ball more.
In our opinion too many performance programs focus only on the specifics of the sport. But get the body strong and you WILL gain a winning edge.
We have coaches who are qualified strength & conditioning specialists and those who are studying towards UKSCA accreditation so you will be in very capable hands.
