Full Circle Fitness Programming
Full Circle Fitness programming is based on a structured, building block approach, with each program typically designed to last for 4-6 weeks.
Following an assessment of the way your body moves, and based on other factors such as your lifestyle, time commitment and goals, we’ll design your exercise program so that it is appropriate to your level of competency and fitness. For those new to regular exercise, early programs may focus on building a baseline of strength and fitness. For more advanced clients we will vary your programming on a more regular basis to get the results you are looking for.

Exercise routines are likely to include a range of warm-up techniques, periodised programs to improve strength and muscle mass, conditioning routines designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, dynamic exercises to improve mobility, and stretching to improve your flexibility. At the same time we will teach you to learn the movement patterns you’ll be using, and the correct technique and form so that you can perform exercises to a standard that allows you to gain maximum benefit from your time spent exercising.
This WILL get dramatically better results than making up a gym session on the spot or sticking to the same fitness routine, week in, week out.
