Coach Profile: Sarah

I have always had a passion for sport and fitness. Growing up as a competitive gymnast and dancer naturally led me to pursuing a career helping others to enjoy exercise. Aged just 15 I began my career coaching gymnastics to children before training to become a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Since then, I have gained heaps of experience working with a wide range of clients and am still just as enthusiastic and motivated to help them succeed with their goals and enjoy their training.
Working as both a trainer and a sports massage therapist has allowed me to develop a real interest in injury prevention and corrective exercise with my clients. Assessing posture and muscular imbalances and working to improve mobility and strength are important for any training goal - from weight loss to conditioning to muscle gain. As one of the team at Full Circle Fitness I strive to help my clients feel motivated and happy and enjoy every session while reaching their goals and feeling energised and injury free.
