Coach Profile: Rob Coles

Many of the people we see lead busy lives and find it difficult to find the time to stay fit and healthy. As a fitness coach I try to develop exercise programs and give help and advice on nutrition that recognises these constraints.
Health and fitness has been a major part of my life for over 10 years. I've always played sport, and used strength and conditioning training to improve my fitness and sports performance. In 2009 I decided to pursue my passion, and formally qualified as a personal trainer.
Since then I've trained a wide range of clients with very different needs. I've worked with Bedford Rugby Club and Cambourne Exiles on strength training; with clients who want to improve their posture and mobility; and others who want to improve their body shape and composition.
