Head Coach: Simon Goswell

Simon has always had a keen interest in keeping in shape and has taken part in a number of activities including rugby and gym-based exercise. Through teaching martial arts and providing personal training to clients, Simon has nearly 10 years of coaching to his name. In 2009, Simon opened the first Full Circle Fitness venue and in 2010, expanded to larger premises. He believes that the key to success is working with a client, not at the client:
"At Full Circle Fitness we ensure that we deliver to our clients the very best training we can. I believe that by getting our clients to buy into our approach and by setting agreed goals, we stand a much better chance of achieving excellent results. My experience has shown that this works far better than by telling clients what to do and when. This doesn't mean that we are pushovers! Our trainers will ensure that once you have agreed to a given task, you stick to it!".
Simon has trained a varied range of clients with excellent results, from those with back pain to clients trying to get fit and lose fat. He has also worked with NHS employees, students from a number of Cambridge colleges, TV and film celebrities and several sports teams.
